Ocean City Cam

The web cam directed at the Music Pier on the Ocean City boardwalk is back up and running (it shuts down over the winter).  The view is exactly where we will be meeting for our mini-reunion at 2 PM, June 11.

The site is a little strange.  Go to: www.oceancityfootball/otb  then select the Music Pier from the Ocean City menu.  OTB stands for “On The Beach,” but why oceancityfootball, I have no idea.  Once you see it, bookmark it so you can go directly there in the future.

The menu shows other locations on the Ocean City boardwalk, but most are not active, and, based on last year, they never will be.

The glare of the rising sun washes out a lot of the view in the morning, but afternoon and evening shots are clear and sharp.  If you were walking by, I could recognize you.  The scene refreshes about once a second, so you can watch vacationers amble past in real time, although their movement is jumpy.
